DELIVERY:
Once we receive your order and payment, we pass
the shipment on to our logistics provider within the designated dispatch
time. Please allow up to 2 working days dispatch time for articles that
we have in stock. Shipping time depends on the destination of the
shipment: allow up to 10 working days within Europe; and up to 20
working days outside of Europe.
To be on
the safe side, please reckon with slightly longer delivery times during
the pre-Christmas period. If you wish your order to arrive more
quickly, we also offer express delivery and are happy to quote you a
price for this service.
RETURNS: You may
return non-defective and unopened items within 30 days from sale date.
Upon receipt of the items, you will be refunded via method of original
payment. Shipping charges are not refundable.
